This Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. This is a template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

What we collect

Account information (your email and authentication identity), the agents and tasks you configure, usage events (conversations and actions your concierge handles, timings, and outcomes), and conversation transcripts between your concierge and your visitors. We also collect standard technical data such as IP address and browser details.

How we use it

To operate the Service: running your concierge, enforcing plan limits, billing, improving reliability, and providing support. Usage data helps us keep your concierge healthy and surface problems in your dashboard.

Your visitors’ logins never reach us

When your concierge completes a task that requires a login, it runs in the visitor’s own browser using the visitor’s own session - those credentials are never sent to or stored by us. Read-only lookups that don’t need a login may run on our servers in a sandboxed environment. If you (the site operator) attach credentials for a server-side connector, those are encrypted at rest and used only for the task you configured.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the Service (e.g. hosting, database, payments) under appropriate agreements, or where required by law.

Retention and deletion

We retain data for as long as your account is active. You can delete agents, conversations, and your account at any time; deleting your account removes your configured agents and any connector credentials you stored.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
